He was the house magician at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas when the casino opened in 1966, and he continued to star there for over 20 years. Grippo's sleight-of-hand work was beyond compare, but he preferred to be remembered as a hypnotist. Grippo is reported to have used hypnotism on many famous athletes of his time.
